The JLCR Endowment Fund was established in 1983 and is governed by JLCR’s Investment Policy. The Endowment Fund serves as a long-term investment account. The benefits of the Endowment Fund are numerous: • Long-range financial planning: the fund’s principle is invested, and as the fund grows, income earned can be used to pay League operating expenses, thus allowing us to continue our programs in the community. It is a perpetual source of funding that is not dependent on fundraising; • A means by which members – both active and sustaining – and friends can contribute to the future of our League; • Guarantees the continued influence and ongoing success of the JLCR in the community.
